Study design summary

The pivotal clinical validation followed a retrospective, multi-reader design across five centres:

  • Centrum Okulistyki CM UJ, Kraków
  • Institute of Ophthalmology, Wrocław Medical University
  • Pomeranian Medical University, Szczecin
  • Military Institute of Medicine, Warsaw
  • Charles University Eye Clinic, Prague (external cohort)

Reference standard: masked consensus of two board-certified glaucoma specialists per case. Pre-specified endpoints met statistical significance thresholds (α = 0.05, two-sided).
